Multifactor Authentication Setup (Rise 360)
Problem: An IT systems administrator requested a walkthrough for multifactor authentication (MFA) setup on company phones as new employees are having difficulty completing the setup independently.
Solution: First, I created a step by step walk-through document on Microsoft Word. Screen shots were taken to explicitly document a visual for each step of the process. Using the documented steps from the walk-through, I created a microlearning on Rise 360. I modified a template on teaching employees new software from the Lesson Library to include the screenshots and directions from the walk-through.
Result: New employees can complete the MFA setup independently with this microlearning.
