Design Instruction
Design learning programs and materials that are engaging, effective and rigorous using authoring tools such as Articulate 360.
Develop Curriculum
Create or modify learning program outlines, modules, lessons, deliverables and assessments that meet learner needs.
Analyze Data
Conduct needs analyses to understand skills gaps and drive the design process. Evaluate program effectiveness and determine if learning outcomes have been achieved.
Implement
Facilitate learning programs or train trainers on the implementation of a learning program’s timeline, outcomes, methods of delivery and evaluation procedures.
Collaborate
Build positive, trusting and effective working relationships with learners, team members and stakeholders.
